How CDXZipStream Works

From a plan to live results — in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, the API, or Claude via the MCP connector.

Step 1

Pick a plan & get your key

Choose a plan on the Plans page — start free, no credit card. Your account comes with an API key and tracks your credit usage.

Step 2

Add it to your app

Install the CDXZipStream add-in for Excel from Microsoft AppSource, for Google Sheets from the Google Workspace Marketplace, or the LibreOffice Calc extension from app.cdxzipstream.com, then paste your API key. Prefer the REST API? Just send your key with each request. Using Claude? Add the CDXZipStream MCP connector and use the tools right in your chats.

Step 3

Run the tools in your spreadsheet

Call CDXZipStream right in your cells: ZIP lookup, geocoding, distance & routing, demographics, and USPS address verification (ZIP+4) — across the U.S. and Canada.

Step 4

Credits power every lookup

Each operation draws from your monthly plan or prepaid packs. Track usage and top up any time from your account — credits never expire.

About CDX Technologies

CDX Technologies develops business intelligence software and data service solutions. A wholly owned subsidiary of Hughes Financial Services, Inc. — which has delivered Microsoft enterprise software to major investment firms and Fortune 500 companies since 1987 — CDX Technologies brings that same precision to location and data analytics.

CDXZipStream brings ZIP code lookup, geocoding, distance and routing, address verification, and U.S. demographics to your spreadsheets, apps, and AI assistants. The product runs in Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, the API, and Claude (Anthropic) via the MCP connector, on simple credit plans.

Our tools are used by real estate professionals, marketing agencies, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies to verify addresses, analyze demographics, calculate distances, and enrich their data.

All demographic data is sourced from the US Census Bureau American Community Survey (ACS). Address verification uses USPS postal data. Geocoding and routing are powered by industry-leading providers.
